Extends the expiration date of New York's Interstate Compact for Juveniles from September 1, 2025 to September 1, 2030

Upon expiration, the 1955 interstate compact on juveniles (chapter 155 of the laws of 1955) will be automatically revived and restored to full effect

Ensures continuity of services, supervision, and return of juveniles, delinquents, and status offenders under existing agreements during the transition

Preserves New York's ability to enter agreements with non-compact member states for supervision or return of juveniles on probation or parole who have absconded, escaped, or run away

Introduced at the request of the Office of Children and Family Services and takes effect immediately upon passage
