Expands the list of cancers presumed to be job-related for airport firefighters employed by the Division of Military and Naval Affairs to include cancers affecting the endocrine and thyroid systems

Creates a new presumption that Parkinson's Disease causing total or partial disability or death in covered airport firefighters was incurred in the line of duty

Applies to airport firefighter apprentices, airport firefighters I through III, and training and safety officers who passed a physical examination upon entry that showed no evidence of the condition

Allows the presumption to be rebutted by competent evidence proving the condition was not work-related

Cost to the retirement system ranges from 2 to 10 times the member's salary depending on what benefit type would otherwise be payable, with costs shared by the State and participating employers
