Provides a disability pension equal to 75% of final average salary for qualifying members, compared to the current ordinary disability benefit of approximately 1/3 of final average salary

Assigns all past service costs to the City of New York rather than the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority

Estimated employer contribution increase ranges from $60,000 per disability incident to $223,000 per death incident annually, with cumulative costs potentially reaching $5.3 million by 2050 if one incident occurs per year
