Adds COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) vaccination to the list of required immunizations that health insurance policies must cover, alongside existing mandated vaccines for diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, measles, rubella, mumps, hepatitis B, and haemophilus influenzae type b

Amends multiple sections of the insurance law to apply the coverage requirement to individual health insurance policies (Section 3216), group health insurance policies (Section 3221), and health maintenance organizations (Section 4303)

Requires Medicaid to cover COVID-19 vaccination administration in pharmacies by certified pharmacists, with the same vaccine standards as private insurance

All covered vaccines must meet standards approved by the United States Public Health Service for biological products

Takes effect January 1st following enactment and applies to contracts entered into, delivered, amended, or modified on or after that date
