Adds members of the state legislature to the list of individuals eligible for New York's address confidentiality program administered by the Secretary of State

The program allows eligible participants to use a designated substitute address instead of their actual residential address on public records

Currently eligible individuals include victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, kidnapping, sexual offenses, stalking, and reproductive health care providers/employees/patients and their families

State legislators would not be required to leave their residence to qualify (same exemption currently applies to reproductive health care services providers and their family members)

Takes effect immediately upon passage
