Directs the Commissioner of Education to conduct a statewide survey of school districts on Jewish heritage instruction, examining grade levels taught, instructional time devoted, curricula used, teacher training, and barriers to implementation

Requires survey findings and recommendations to be delivered to the Governor and legislative leaders by January 1 following the effective date or 120 days after enactment, whichever is later

Establishes a four-member Jewish Heritage Advisory Committee with appointments by the Governor, Senate President, Assembly Speaker, and Commissioner, all required to be experts in Jewish heritage or education

Committee must meet at least four times annually and submit recommendations on K-12 curricular resources and strategies for strengthening Jewish heritage education within two years, after which it disbands

Committee members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for actual expenses; the entire act expires and is repealed 3 years after enactment
