Mandates production and distribution of educational materials to healthcare providers for patient distribution, as well as publication of information on the department's website

Allows the department to use educational materials produced by other public, private, or governmental entities instead of creating its own

Requires periodic review and updates of educational materials based on available data about Legionnaires' disease

Establishes triennial reporting to the governor and legislative leaders beginning January 1, 2028, on program implementation and recommendations

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with implementation contingent upon appropriations
