Amends Part JJ of Chapter 57 of the Laws of 2025, which established requirements for reporting pregnancy losses and clarified agency responsibilities for such reports

Changes the effective date reference from "section two" to "section three" of the original act

Modifies the March 30, 2027 date from an expiration/repeal date to a "take effect" date for section three of the original act

Removes language that would have caused amendments to subdivision 2 of section 4160 of the public health law to expire and be deemed repealed

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
