Establishes a medical misinformation task force within the Department of Health specifically to combat medical misinformation provided by the federal government

Task force consists of 15 members appointed by the governor, speaker of the assembly, and temporary president of the senate, serving four-year terms

Members must have demonstrated leadership in evaluating peer-reviewed research, clinical prevention, and implementing evidence-based recommendations, plus expertise in health equity, decision modeling, and crisis management

Task force must issue guidelines on communicating medical information to state agencies and the public within 90 days of creation

Coordinates rapid response announcements and campaigns to counter federal misinformation, and aids in creating medical literacy materials on topics including vaccine efficacy, birth control, abortion care, and fertility treatments
