Mandates all child day care providers maintain at least two epinephrine devices on site in appropriate dosages for children, with a designated staff member responsible for storage, maintenance, and ensuring devices remain unexpired and operable

Training must cover recognizing signs of severe allergic reactions, weight-based dosing for different ages, storage and use procedures, and emergency follow-up protocols

Requires child day care providers to report allergy-related illnesses, accidents, injuries, and epinephrine administrations to parents/guardians and to the department within 24 hours, and maintain an incident log available to the department upon request

Directs the Office of Children and Family Services to create and post informational materials on anaphylaxis policy within six months of the law's effective date; the act takes effect 90 days after becoming law
