Prohibits child care facilities in New York from using or having infant walkers on their premises

Defines "infant walker" as a mobile unit that enables a child to move on a horizontal surface when propelled by the child sitting or standing within it

Applies to all child day care providers under the Social Services Law and child care programs under the New York City health code

Requires the Office of Children and Family Services, in consultation with NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, to notify all child care facilities of the prohibition in plain, non-technical language

Repeals section 399-kk of the general business law (a 2025 law addressing infant walker sales and restrictions) and consolidates the child care facility prohibition into the Social Services Law
