Establishes an employer-assisted housing matching grant program administered by the Division of Housing and Community Renewal for nonprofit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and substance use disorders

State provides a 50% match of employer housing contributions, up to $3,000 per worker in any rolling 12-month period

Eligible employees include direct support professionals, certified nursing assistants, nurses, behavioral health staff, and therapists who work at least 20 hours per week and earn no more than 150% of area median income

Funds may be used for security deposits, first month's rent, emergency rental arrears, or down payment and closing costs for home purchases

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law; employers must submit annual reports on employees assisted, funds disbursed, and retention outcomes
