Prohibits the importation, manufacture, sale, distribution, and use of adhesive-based rodent traps (glue traps, glue boards) in New York State

Bans shipment of glue traps into the state for both commercial and personal use, effective 90 days after becoming law

Retailers and exterminators with existing inventory may sell or use their stock for one year after the effective date

After one year, all possession, purchase, and use of adhesive-based traps becomes prohibited for both individuals and businesses

Applies to all sales channels including retail stores, catalogs, telephone orders, and internet purchases
