Increases the credit multiplier for faculty and teacher employees under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program from 3.35 hours to 5 hours worked for each hour of lecture or classroom time

Applies retroactively to all hours worked, including those prior to the bill's effective date

Preserves any higher adjustment factors already established through collective bargaining agreements or employer policies

Takes effect immediately upon passage
