Commission members appointed by the governor within 30 days of the act's effective date, with a chair elected from among members within 20 days of appointments

Requires the commission to study caregiver issues including gathering feedback, analyzing respite care programs in other states, and creating a best practices support model

Directs ongoing coordination of caregiver support services among state and local municipalities, research of funding opportunities, and identification of unmet needs

Commission must report findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the governor within 180 days of the act's effective date
