Authorizes the Town of Brookhaven in Suffolk County to discontinue parkland status and lease land to Tag Towers LLC for up to 30 years for installation and operation of a wireless communication tower

Requires the lease to be at fair market value and grants Tag Towers LLC an easement for access and utilities over the municipally owned parkland

Parkland is located in South Setauket, off Nesconset Port Jefferson Highway (S.R. 347), consisting of an access/utility easement parcel and a smaller tower site parcel

Conditions the authorization on Brookhaven dedicating an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value toward acquiring new parklands or making capital improvements to existing park facilities

Requires the land to revert to parkland and the tower to be removed if the property ceases to be used for wireless communication purposes
