Requires the Veterans Service Commission, in consultation with the Office of the Chief Disability Officer, to submit a report on services for veterans with service-connected disabilities by April 1, 2029

Report must review services provided by state and local veterans' service agencies and identify deficiencies in availability, accessibility, and delivery

Services to be reviewed include education/vocational training, healthcare (medical, mental, dental, rehabilitation), employment, housing, transportation, long-term care, personal care, adult day healthcare, family caregiver services, and legal assistance

Report must include findings on the necessity and feasibility of implementing a comprehensive statewide coordinated services program for disabled veterans

Completed report must be published online with a 30-day public comment period before delivery to the director, who then submits copies to the governor, senate president, and assembly speaker
