Allows segregated confinement for up to 15 days for recidivist misconduct when a person commits three or more separate acts within 30 days and alternative interventions have failed

Permits temporary protective custody placement in segregated confinement for up to 3 days when safety risks exist and no suitable alternative housing is available, with minimum 7 hours daily out-of-cell time required

Modifies program restriction rules to require 4 hours daily out-of-cell time with therapeutic programming or recreation tailored to the individual's misconduct

Requires good behavior allowance regulations to consider personal growth, demonstrated accomplishments, institutional adjustment, and rehabilitation efforts when granting time credits
