Violations under this program do not count as convictions, will not appear on driving records, and cannot be used for insurance purposes

Requires annual reports to the governor and legislature detailing accident data, violation numbers, revenue collected, and program expenses at monitored intersections

Program expires December 1, 2030, with provisions protecting privacy by ensuring photos do not identify drivers, passengers, or vehicle contents to the extent practicable
