Establishes the Employer-Assisted Housing Matching Grant Program administered by the Division of Housing and Community Renewal in coordination with OPWDD, Office of Mental Health, and Office of Addiction Services and Supports

Provides a 50% state match on employer housing contributions, up to $3,000 maximum per eligible employee in any rolling 12-month period

Eligible employees must work for qualifying nonprofit human services agencies, work at least 20 hours per week, have household income at or below 150% of area median income, and reside in New York State

Matching funds may be used for security deposits, first month's rent, emergency rental arrears, or down payment and closing costs for a primary residence (with 1-year residency commitment)

Participating employers must submit annual reports on employees assisted, assistance types, funds disbursed, and employee retention outcomes
