Expands New York's criminal interference with religious worship law to prohibit groups of two or more people from demonstrating within 100 feet of a place of religious worship, including parking lot entrances, driveways, and driveway entrances

Defines "place of religious worship" as any building, structure, or space used primarily for religious services, prayer, assembly, or devotional practice, including drives, entrances, exits, and adjacent public sidewalks

Criminal interference with access to a place of religious worship in the second degree remains a misdemeanor; repeat offenders face a class E felony charge under the first-degree offense

Amends existing Penal Law Section 240.70 to protect individuals seeking to enter a place of religious worship or exercise religious freedom therein from force, threats, physical obstruction, or intimidation

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law
