Requires the Commissioner of Mental Health to develop a statewide public awareness campaign about certified community behavioral health clinics (CCBHCs), in consultation with commissioners of addiction services, children and family services, developmental disabilities, and health

Campaign may utilize public forums, social media, internet, radio, and print advertising, with required posting on Office of Mental Health and Office of Addiction Services and Supports websites

Campaign goals include educating the public on CCBHC services (mental health, substance use disorder, case management, crisis services), informing individuals how to access services, and reducing stigma around behavioral health treatment

Mental health facilities, addiction service providers, and general hospitals with psychiatric services must make educational materials about CCBHCs available to patients electronically, in writing, or posted conspicuously

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with immediate authorization for agencies to develop implementing regulations
