Commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Sport Fish Restoration Program, established by the Federal Aid in Sport Fish Restoration Act of 1950 and expanded by the Wallop-Breaux amendment in 1984

Recognizes that manufacturers excise taxes on fishing equipment, motorboat fuels, and small engine fuels are distributed to states through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for fisheries conservation and angler/boater access

Notes that since 1939, the combined Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Programs and license fees have contributed over $78 billion to state fish and wildlife agencies—the largest conservation effort in American history

Honors anglers, boaters, the sportfishing industry, state fish and wildlife agencies, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for their role in restoring fish and aquatic resources

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Department of Environmental Conservation, New York State Congressional offices, and media sources
