Recognizes the Radiological Society of the State of New York, founded in 1953, which has over 1,200 members; as of January 2019, there were 21,161 active licensed radiologic technologists in the state

Highlights the role of medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals in patient care and health care safety across New York communities

Directs that copies of the resolution be transmitted to Governor Hochul and the New York Radiological Society
