School traces its origins to 1894 when 21 rural school districts offered education through eighth grade; Union School (North Creek High School) was built in 1897 and expanded in 1925

In 1946, the 21 local school districts centralized to form Johnsburg Central School for grades 1-12, with pre-k and kindergarten added later

Multiple physical additions have been constructed since 1952 to accommodate growth and community needs

Directs that an engrossed copy of the resolution be transmitted to Johnsburg Central School
