Posthumously awards the New York State Senate Liberty Medal to Michele AnneMarie Kinsell, to be celebrated on August 19, 2025, at the Dutchess County Office of Veterans Affairs Ceremony

Recognizes her service in the United States Air Force from May 1977 to October 1981 at Beale Air Force Base, where she became the first female Aerospace Ground Equipment Repairman and achieved the rank of Sergeant (E4)

Honors her service with the 9th Field Maintenance Squadron, 9th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing, as well as her post-military work ethic raising children while working multiple jobs and pursuing college courses

Notes her community involvement as a member of the Columbiettes of St. Mary's Council No. 4065 and her residence in Hopewell Junction, New York, until her passing on January 1, 2015, at age 57

Directs that an engrossed copy of the resolution be transmitted to her family, including her surviving husband William and children Christina and Jonathan
