Honors his military commendations including the WWII Victory Medal, American Campaign Medal, and European African Middle East Campaign Medal, discharged at rank of Seaman First Class

Acknowledges his post-military community service as past fire chief of Stillwater Fire Department, Stillwater Rescue Squad member, and involvement with American Legion Post 490, Sons of Italy, and other local organizations

Notes he worked at Westvaco Paper Mill in Mechanicville for over 30 years before his death on December 24, 2021
