Jubilee Day is a sacred observance within the Prince Hall Shriner tradition commemorating liberation, renewal, and thanksgiving, drawing from the Biblical concept of Jubilee as a time of restoration and freedom

The Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine is an appendant body of Prince Hall Freemasonry focused on philanthropy, civic leadership, community empowerment, youth development, and humanitarian service

The 2026 observance is led by HPIP Jimmie Chaple (Imperial Deputy of the Desert of New York) and HPIC Cassandra Duff (Imperial Deputy for the Desert of New York)

The resolution extends commendation to the leadership and members for their dedication to faith, freedom, fraternity, and community service, with engrossed copies to be transmitted to the honorees
