Honors Wisdom Farm in Clarence Center, New York, for receiving the Organization of the Year designation from the Clarence Chamber of Commerce, celebrated at the 53rd Annual Awards Gala on March 19, 2026

Wisdom Farm is a nonprofit founded by Karen Arrison and her late husband that rescues and rehabilitates horses while providing equine-facilitated therapeutic programs for veterans with PTSD and their families

Programs offered include equine facilitated workshops, Family Healing Days, Wise Warriors Yoga, Heroes Harvest Veterans Garden Project, Stable Fists Shadow Boxing Program, Veterans Day celebrations, and a Young Readers Program for children

All programs are provided at no cost to veterans, their families, and caregivers through community fundraising support

Karen Arrison serves on multiple civic and cultural boards including Buffalo Toronto Public Media, Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Foundation, and The Preservation League of New York State
