Dr. Jacquiline S. Touba will receive the 37th Annual J. Walter Juckett Community Service Award from the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce at the ARCC Annual Dinner on March 6, 2026, at the Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, New York

Founded the World Awareness Children's Museum in Glens Falls in 1985, which now houses more than 10,000 pieces of children's artwork from around the globe

Served as Board President of North Country ARTS and was a key organizer in developing the Arts District of Glens Falls; also active with Rotary Club of Glens Falls, LARAC, Hyde Collection, and Chapman Museum

Established the Touba Family Foundation to provide funding for art organizations and supports numerous nonprofit organizations in the region

Previous honors include New York State Senate "Woman of Distinction" (2009), Soroptimist's Making a Difference for Women Award, and the Zonta International Peace Award
