Led significant growth at Brown Memorial Baptist Church including construction of a fellowship hall, sanctuary renovation, establishment of a community development corporation, and planning for educational programs and a summer day camp

Served on boards of the Harlem YMCA and Bedford-Stuyvesant YMCA, and as chaplain for the New York Liberty (WNBA)
