Notes Daley was born January 17, 1927 in Mechanicville, New York, worked nearly 40 years at G.E. Silicone in Waterford until retiring in 1989, and was married to his wife Dora for 74 years until his death on December 10, 2025

Acknowledges his community involvement as a lifelong member of American Legion Post 91, member of Mechanicville-Stillwater Elks Lodge 1403, and 2018 inductee into the Mechanicville Hall of Fame
