Hill has served as President and CEO of Fort Ticonderoga since 2010, overseeing the historic site and museum on Lake Champlain in Essex County, New York

Under her leadership, Fort Ticonderoga is executing a multi-million-dollar, multi-year capital improvement plan expanding visitor experiences across all 2,000 acres of the property, including boat trips on Lake Champlain and access to Mount Defiance

Hill secured federal grants from the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the National Endowment for the Humanities to support exhibitions, collections accessibility, and public engagement

Hill holds a Master of Arts degree in History from American University and has over 25 years of museum professional experience, including prior work with the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources
