Born May 9, 1965, in Aux Cayes, Haiti, Reverend Felix began preaching as a youth and by age 17 had overseen construction of a 400-seat church in Tonbek, later founding an 800-capacity church and establishing a school in 2008

Immigrated to the United States in 1989 and founded Church of God Faith in Christ in Brooklyn in 1998, growing it from 40 members to approximately 100 members at its Flatbush Avenue location

Holds bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in theology from Lighthouse Christian Seminary and has established church plants in New Hampshire, Naples (Florida), Aux Cayes (Haiti), France, Canada, and the Dominican Republic

Currently serves as Senior Pastor of Church of God Faith in Christ in Brooklyn and has organized numerous humanitarian and relief missions to Haiti
