Senate Resolution honoring Dr. Dior Fall at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Visionary Awards Gala on March 22, 2026

Dr. Fall is founder and president of 1000 Shades of Women Foundation International, a nonprofit promoting human rights, educational access, health equity, and economic opportunity for underserved populations worldwide

Her work includes organizing humanitarian missions, diplomatic forums, and programming with United Nations platforms such as the Commission on the Status of Women and the High-Level Political Forum

Dr. Fall serves as a Global Goodwill Ambassador for the International Human Rights Commission and has received the President's Lifetime Achievement Award

The resolution directs that an engrossed copy be transmitted to Dr. Fall as an expression of the Legislative Body's respect and admiration
