The facility expanded from a nine-hole course to a public 18-hole golf course and includes a banquet venue that underwent significant renovations in 2010

Twin Ponds hosts charitable events benefiting organizations including Believe 271, iCAN, CABVI, and the Rescue Mission of Utica, and was named a 2025 finalist for Business of the Year by the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce

The club has added indoor golf simulator technology to offer winter leagues and year-round events
