Terminates Executive Order 47.3 of 2025, which was issued by the Governor during a state disaster emergency related to an illegal strike by Department of Corrections and Community Supervision employees

The executive order being terminated required DOCCS to investigate separated employees for strike participation and report them to the Central Registry of Police and Peace Officers as removed for cause

The order had prohibited all New York State agencies from hiring anyone who was separated from DOCCS employment due to participation in the illegal strike

The order suspended portions of Civil Service Law, County Law, Municipal Home Rule Law, Correction Law, and Criminal Procedure Law to block strike participants from state and local government employment, transfers, and promotions

Uses the Legislature's authority under Executive Law section 29-a to terminate the Governor's emergency executive order through concurrent resolution of both chambers
