Coutard immigrated from Haiti to the United States at age 15 and founded TrendCatch Digital Advertising LLC in November 2018, providing affordable advertising solutions to small businesses in the New York Metropolitan area

He invented the Trend Catch Player, a digital signage system that transforms televisions into remotely managed billboards, and created the B.E.S.T. Program (Billboard Expert Specialist Training) for workforce development

Coutard founded Trend Catch Gives Back Inc., a nonprofit providing English education, food and health outreach, youth mentorship, and job training to underserved communities

Additional initiatives include UnlockaCause.org for community awareness campaigns and the Rise Entrepreneur Mentorship Program launched in January 2024 for aspiring entrepreneurs aged 17 and older
