Prohibits businesses selling tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, liquid nicotine, herbal cigarettes, shisha, rolling papers, or smoking paraphernalia from selling items that resemble school supplies or toys

Bans products with packaging tailored or advertised to appeal to or target minors or youth, including specific pictures, logos, symbols, mottos, selling messages, or color patterns

Applies to the sale, distribution, display, or offering for sale of such products

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
