Requires courts to suspend a person's driver's license when convicted of operating a vessel (boat) while under the influence of alcohol or drugs under the navigation law

Allows courts to also suspend the person's motor vehicle registration for boating under the influence convictions

Applies the same license suspension procedures currently used for drunk driving convictions under the vehicle and traffic law to boating DUI offenses

Permits the DMV commissioner to allow conditional or restricted driving privileges after a mandatory revocation period of at least three years

Takes effect immediately upon passage
