Adds retired judges from various New York courts to the list of persons exempt from criminal prosecution for possessing firearms in sensitive locations

Covered judges include those retired from the Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, Court of Claims, County Court, Surrogate's Court, Family Court, New York City courts, District Court, and city courts outside NYC

Retired judges must be duly licensed to possess a pistol or revolver under Section 400.00 of the Penal Law to qualify for the exemption

Amends Section 265.01-e of the Penal Law, which governs criminal possession of firearms in sensitive locations
