Requires the Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government to develop and provide an online anti-sexual harassment training course for all registered lobbyists in New York

Mandates that all lobbyists complete the training annually, based on the Department of Labor's model sexual harassment prevention guidance and policy

Training curriculum must cover definitions of sexual harassment, relevant New York statutes and regulations, advisory opinion summaries, and practical applications specific to the lobbying and advocacy industry

Lobbyists registered by December 15 who fail to complete training by December 31 are prohibited from lobbying activities the following year until completion; those registered after December 15 must complete training within 30 days or face the same prohibition

Commission must publish and maintain a list on its website of lobbyists prohibited from lobbying due to non-completion of training, with names removed within two business days of course completion
