Expands the crime of "course of sexual conduct against a child" (first and second degree) to include cases where sexual contact continues until the child is less than 17 years old, in addition to the existing age thresholds of 11 or 13 years old

Requires that for first degree charges, the conduct must include at least one act when the child was under 11 (or 13 if perpetrator was 18+) plus at least one additional act when the child was under 17

Removes the existing prohibition on subsequent prosecutions for other sexual offenses involving the same victim that occurred during the same time period

Clarifies that for predatory sexual assault against a child charges involving course of sexual conduct, the perpetrator must have been 18+ and the victim under 13 when the conduct commenced

Updates statutory language to use gender-neutral terminology ("such person" instead of "he or she")
