Guarantees individuals with a personal history of ovarian cancer cannot be denied genetic testing or genomic tumor profiling for inherited germline mutations and acquired somatic mutations

Prohibits frequency caps or other limitations on such testing for ovarian cancer survivors

Requires coverage for testing of BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations, Lynch syndrome-associated mutations, and rearrangement analysis of all coding exons associated with ovarian cancer

Allows additional mutation testing if determined medically necessary by the treating health care professional

Takes effect immediately upon passage
