Expands New York's address confidentiality program to include election officers, allowing them to use designated addresses instead of their actual home addresses on official records

Defines "election officer" by reference to section 1-104 of the election law

Requires the Secretary of State to designate county boards of elections to assist election officers in applying to the address confidentiality program

Currently eligible groups include victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, kidnapping, sexual offenses, stalking, and reproductive health care providers and their families

Election officers would not be required to have left their residence due to violence or threats to qualify, similar to the exemption already in place for reproductive health care providers
