County boards of elections may establish one or more portable polling locations for early voting, with the maximum number determined by the state board of elections based on population

Portable polling locations must be designated at least 14 days before an election and selected based on population density, travel time, proximity to other early voting sites, public transportation routes, and commuter traffic patterns

Each portable polling location must operate for at least three consecutive days

Portable polling locations cannot replace or reduce the number of regular early voting polling places already required by law

Information about portable polling locations must be included in each county board of elections' communication plan
