Creates a deadline of December 31, 2028 for eligible business corporations to amend their certificates of incorporation to add professional geology to their corporate purposes

Requires corporations seeking to add geology practice to have at least one director or officer who is a licensed professional geologist in New York

Expands the certificate of authorization system to include professional geology services alongside professional engineering and land surveying services

Subjects corporations providing professional geology services to the same supervision, discipline, and penalty authority of the Board of Regents as applies to engineering and land surveying practices
