Adds "ammunition" to the existing crime of "criminal purchase or disposal of a weapon," expanding the offense to cover ammunition transactions

Makes it a crime for individuals prohibited from possessing firearms due to prior convictions, other legal disabilities, or outstanding felony warrants to purchase or acquire ammunition

Prohibits purchasing ammunition on behalf of someone known to be legally barred from possessing firearms or subject to outstanding felony warrants

Criminalizes disposing of ammunition to individuals known to be prohibited from firearm possession due to convictions, disabilities, or outstanding warrants

Maintains the existing classification of this offense as a class D felony and takes effect immediately
