Prohibits corporations, limited liability companies, and other corporate entities from making contributions, loans, loan guarantees, or providing security for loans to candidates or political committees

Removes the previous $5,000 annual aggregate limit that had allowed corporate political contributions, replacing it with a near-total ban on corporate donations to candidates

Requires loans made to candidates or political committees to be repaid by the date of the primary, special, or general election, or the loan will be reclassified as a contribution

Exempts independent expenditure committees and non-candidate expenditures from the corporate contribution prohibition

Exempts contributions made by corporations that are themselves political committees from the ban
