Prohibits insurers offering individual, group, or blanket disability insurance in New York from charging different premium rates based on the gender of the insured

Applies to all disability insurance policies issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended after the effective date

Takes effect on January 1st of the year following one year after the bill becomes law
